ECO Auto Recovery doesn't rely on vague "from £X" pricing where the final price unexpectedly changes. You get a calculated price based on your actual booking details before you confirm, and once confirmed, that price is what you pay. A driver cannot independently change the agreed price.

The first 5 miles are included in the call-out. Beyond that you pay the per-mile rate for your recovery distance only, never for the driver's journey to reach you. Vehicle and recovery surcharges are listed below, and any surcharge that applies is shown in full on your quote before you confirm, never added afterwards.

A worked example
A 20-mile car recovery with a standard tow. The call-out of £75.00 includes the first 5 miles; the other 15 miles are charged at £2.50 a mile.

How payment works
- 1 You confirm your booking and price.
- 2 We place a secure authorisation hold on your card, funds are reserved, not taken.
- 3 Your job is completed by a vetted ECO Auto Recovery driver.
- 4 Payment is automatically captured for the exact amount you agreed to, nothing more.
- 5 If you cancel before your driver sets off, your authorisation hold is released in full.
